Boost is a £75m brand in India with a single minded proposition based on an energy health food drink, targeted at kids aged 6-13 with proven claims around 3x Stamina.
Sales and equity scores have declined over the last 2 years, mainly as competitors start to steal share with similar product offerings. The task of this brand overhaul was to regain share and category growth, purely through an upgrade to design and comms mix, laying the foundations for product upgrades and NPD in the near term future.
The re-staged design comes with a new hero 3D jar designed to connote the energy credentials of the brand, as well as a partner Bag In Box refill. The bold new graphics bring to life the energy promise and proven science claim with an on pack story linking to Boosts long term association with India's top cricketing talent.
The full mix launch comes with a new web site and new TV spot featuring Indian cricketing star Mahendra Singh Dhoni, continuing Boost’s association with the very top talent in Indian cricket.
Initial sales have seen the brand step up into double digit growth, with equity scores rising back to historic highs.
